Alan is a former U.S. Diplomat and Marine veteran with a career defined by operational leadership, systems integration, and mission assurance in high-risk, high-consequence environments. His professional background spans global diplomatic operations, military crisis response, and enterprise IT systems—where failure is not an option and decisions carry real-world consequences.

Throughout his career, Alan has operated in environments where warning orders arrive with little notice, incomplete information is the norm, and leaders are required to act decisively while balancing risk, cost, and mission impact. He has advised senior decision-makers during time-sensitive incidents, coordinated across multiple organizations, and helped translate complex technical realities into clear, actionable decisions—often when lives, national interests, and irreplaceable assets were at stake.

Alan's expertise lies at the intersection of technology, operations, and leadership. He understands that systems do not fail in isolation—people, processes, and tools are interdependent.
